Location:

The hotel is located 4.8 Km south from Puerto Viejo in the province of Limon and 225 Km from San José. The road is the same one that goes through Braulio Carrillo National Park, Limon and Cahuita National Park. The road is appropriate for all types of vehicle.

Overview

Hotel Punta Cocles is a Jungle & Beach Hotel located in a very important area for birdwatchers and nature lovers, also is a special place for scuba diving and surfing.

We have 14 hectares at mountain side with trails and 1/2 hectare on the beach side. The beach is located 700 meters from the hotel.

All our rooms have a jungle view, with air condition, private bath with hot water, double beds, terrace. Also have some rooms with kitchenette.

Accommodations

55 rooms and 5 kitchenettes, all which double beds, internal telephone, air condition, ceiling fan, and terrace.

Restaurants

We have one restaurant with international food, and native food. Capacity 125 people. A rata Mouse bar open after 7 p.m. every night, with live music some nights. Capacity 50 people. A beach rustic cottage, for fat food and drinks next to the beach. Saturday's afternoon happy hour.

The climate are very humid, average temperature is 32 C. The months rainy are July , August and November.
